Great job selling ads this year. It looks like we will sell more ads than we did last year. We’ll have the final numbers for you in the next couple of weeks as money keeps trickling in. If you have any loose ends out there as far as ads go please tie then up this week.
Parents - If your family sold a full page of ads or more you are given a one-eighth page ad for free. When you make these ads please make them 1 ½” by 2” and landscape setting. You can look over prior years' programs for ideas. Please get these to the Bergmann Family by Thursday March 22nd at the latest.

Question: what do you mean by 1 1/2" by 2" landscape setting? Is there a certain program we need to use to make them like this?
Mrs. Schinke sent out some emails this week that had templates attached. (I wasn't able to access the template on our computer)
What I did for ours, and I'm not sure if this was the best way to do it or not, was to set the page view on landscape. I also used page view to set the margins narrow. Gauging by the ads from previous years, I'm assuming the 1 1/2" is for height and the 2" is for length.
I hope this makes sense, and I hope it helped a little.

Oops! I just was looking over this post. I had originally posted 'you can look over prior years' program for free.' You must have been wondering what I was talking about! I meant 'ideas' instead of 'free'. (But, of course, you can still look over prior years' programs for free. We won't charge you for that. ;) )
