A big thank you to all of the helpers from last week! (Especially to Lisa B and Holly R who stayed late to put up the bandstand sheets!)
- At least 2 parents to man the backstage areas, helping the students with their cues. Since Boughtons and Kerstens worked on this last week, would it be possible to get Bartz, Braun or P. Holbrook doing it this week?
- Painting large USO sign (I believe Lori P and Tracy S are taking care of this)
- We need a few posters painted. If you have artistic tendencies, it would be helpful. (A couple with 'Radio Show Tonight' on one side and 'Kilroy Was Here', plus his doodle on the other side. Also a 'Star Spangled Network' would be good.) I'll bring posterboard, a few smaller brushes, and poster paint. We'll also have red, white and blue paint to use. If you have brushes that might work better than kids' school type brushes, feel free to bring them along.
- Moms to sit with Tiny Tappers and Harmony Brothers would also be good.
Parents - if you see students wandering around, please encourage them to either get in position for their next scene or sit quietly in the auditorium. Please don't ask them to help with a project. We had some students late for scenes or missing them altogether, and we can't afford to let that happen.
Thanks,
Char

I have white paint if we still need it. Let me know so I can bring is Thurs.
I think we already have the white paint. Thanks, though.

I can help out in ANYWAY you need on April 12. My little ones are taken care of (thanks to Lisa B). Next week...I will be out of town on the 19th, so I'm looking to find someone to switch with. Just wanted to fill you in on that. :)
Jame,
It would be great if we could get you working backstage on Thursday to help you get a feel for it.
Are you going to be gone on the 17th, too, or just the 19th?
I wouldn't worry about switching with anyone. But we will probably want to get you backstage again on the 24th if at all possible.
Thanks for making the arrangements (and my thanks to Lisa B as well :) )
